Your code will give ongoing free access for as long as you are a Tassomai using teacher at your school.
If you are using the code for your own child, use a personal email address rather than your school email address (you’ll need to have different logins for your Parent Dashboard and your Teacher Dashboard).
The code can only be used once, but if you have more than one child you can request another code (see the FAQs below for details).
To give your code to someone else, forward them the email with the details or click the link in the message to generate a pre-populated email with instructions for them.

FAQs
What happens if my school stops using Tassomai?
We hope your school continues to use Tassomai, but if that changes in the future your free access will continue for a while, then we’ll contact you about switching to a (discounted) paid account if you wish for your child to continue using Tassomai. If you’ve gifted your free account to someone else we’ll get in touch with them with the same offer.
What happens if I leave / move to another school?
If you move to a new school please let us know. We’ll keep your free account running for a while and hopefully your new school will sign up to Tassomai too! If not we’ll give you the option of switching to the ongoing access offer mentioned above.
Why do I need to add my bank / card details?
We ask for payment details as part of the standard sign up process for a private subscription. We can’t change the process for the purposes of this offer, but don’t worry, the code you’ve been sent gives you a 100% discount.
I haven’t received an email with my code, how can I get one?
Please check your junk email for any messages from admin@tassomai.com. If you still haven’t received the message contact your Customer Success Manager or use the form below.
How is a private subscriber account different from an account that my school students have?

My child goes to my school and has Tassomai already, can I still benefit from this offer?
Yes! You can share your code with a friend or family member to make best use of it. But if you contact us using the form below we’ll also upgrade your child’s account and give them all of our Parent Club benefits for free (Extra Subjects, Leapfrog Sessions and Mai Unlimited).
I’m also a tutor, can I use this code with a student I teach?
Yes, you could set up the account on their behalf and put yourself as the overseer rather than their parent (make sure you use your personal email if you do this, rather than your school email), or the parent could set up the account themselves then contact us to request that you are given access to their dashboard.
Can I be the overseer for a child that’s not my own, e.g. a niece / nephew?
Yes, just follow the process described in the question above.
I’m trialling Tassomai in my school, can I get a code still?
We normally only send out codes once a school has completed their 3 week trial, but if you know your school is definitely going to sign up, speak to the contact who you’ve arranged your trial through and they may be able to help get you one sooner.
Can I get extra codes?
Private subscriber codes are worth up to £44.99 a month each, so we generally only offer one per teacher, however we appreciate there will be some teachers who have more than one secondary-school-aged child of their own. In these cases we may be able to provide you with an additional code on request.
