Mai might not be a real person, but it can do a great deal of what a tutor does for a fraction of the cost. Mai is available 24/7, ready to help students in the moment and this on-demand aspect is really helpful for learners.
Every week, learners in Y7-11 take a Leapfrog Session in each of their active subjects. These quizzes are designed to target the topics where we have identified an opportunity for that individual learner to leap ahead of their peers and make significant progress.
Parents receive a follow up report summarising their child’s activity after completion of the weekly sessions.

At the end of each price point we’ll contact you by email about moving up a level. At the end of year 11 your subscription will automatically end on the date of your child’s last GCSE examination.

After signing up, you and your child will have full and instant access to Tassomai. We’ll send you a welcome email to help you get started and a couple more emails over your trial week to help you get the most from the program. Please read these emails as there are a lot of exciting features we want to share with you!
You’ll be able to add any subjects relevant to your child’s age (we recommend starting with 1 or 2 initially) and for older learners you’ll also be able to choose the appropriate exam boards.
We’ll take your card details when you sign up but you won’t be charged anything until the end of the trial. If you have a promo code it can be added at the payment details stage.
If you and your child are enjoying using Tassomai, there’s no need to do anything. Subscriptions continue automatically and we’ll take your first monthly payment. You’ll pay month by month, and there’s no long term contract.
If you decide Tassomai isn’t right for you, cancel your subscription during the 7 day free trial period. It’s easy to cancel via your Parent Dashboard or you can call us during office hours on 020 3380 7968.
Note that you won’t receive a reminder at the end of the trial period. Set yourself a reminder if you think you might wish to cancel before the 7 day trial ends. Your trial will run for exactly 7 days from the time you create your account.
As soon as you’ve signed up for yourself and your first learner you will be able to add as many extra learners as you please via your Parent Dashboard.
